سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال
- الإرجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي (المنتج سليم): يُقبل إرجاع المنتجات خلال 14 يوماً من الاستلام بشرط أن يكون المنتج بداخل علبته الأصلية مغلقاً تماماً (بالملصق الأصلي) ولم يتم فتحه أو استخدامه نهائياً. في حال فتح العلبة، أو استخدام المنتج، أو إزالة الملصق، يعتذر المتجر عن قبول طلب الإرجاع.
- الإرجاع بسبب عيوب التصنيع: إذا تبين وجود عيب مصنعي في المنتج، يحق للعميل استبداله أو إرجاعه خلال 30 يوماً من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط إعادة المنتج كاملاً بداخل علبته الأصلية مع كافة ملحقاته وكتيب التعليمات بداخل الباكت.
- الفحص الفني والقرار النهائي: للمتجر الحق الحصري في فحص المنتج المرتجع لتحديد طبيعة العيب، وله الحق في اتخاذ القرار المناسب سواء بصيانة المنتج، أو استبداله، أو رد الأموال للعميل.
- الشحن والتوصيل: يتم معالجة الطلبات وشحنها وتوصيلها إلى باب بيتك خلال 2-3 أيام عمل.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Return Due to Change of Mind (Unopened Product): Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is completely sealed inside its original packaging (with the original sticker) and has never been opened or used. If the packaging is opened, used, or the sticker is removed, the store apologizes for not accepting the return request.
- Return Due to Manufacturing Defects: If a manufacturing defect is found in the product, the customer has the right to exchange or return it within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is returned complete inside its original box along with all its accessories and manuals inside the package.
- Technical Inspection & Final Decision: The store reserves the exclusive right to inspect the returned product to determine the nature of the defect. The store has the full right to take the appropriate decision, whether by repairing, replacing, or refunding the item to the customer.
- Shipping & Delivery: Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered to your doorstep within 2-3 business days.
